The Mitchell Public Library Board of Trustees meet every second Tuesday of the month at 5:00pm.
Mitchell Public Library Book Sale
The Mitchell Public Library Book Sale is set for the second Saturday of each month except for June, July, August, and December. The book sale runs from 10:00am to 3:00pm. The proceeds from the sale go towards Children and Teen Programs at the library.

Renewal Request for Material
If you are a Mitchell Public Library patron and are requesting a renewal for the material you have checked out please, use the Online Card Catalog.
To renew your library material click on here to get the Online Card Catalog. Once there Sign In using your barcode number from the back of your card and your last name for your password or use your driver's license number with MIT before the numbers for your barcode number and use your last name for your password. View your Items On Loan by clicking on My Library Card. There is a Request for Renew All Items or items can be renewed one by one. If an item can not be renewed a message will let you know.
